PLAYA3ULL
Web UX/UI, Product Design, Product Management
2025
Project Overview
The original PLAYA3ULL DApp was a fragmented, overloaded experience trying to serve gamers, traders, and node owners all in one place. My task was to rethink the ecosystem and unbundle it into purpose-built applications—3ULL Hub, Node Hub, and a redesigned Profiles system—each tailored to the needs of specific user types.
My Work
Product Strategy & Structure
Scoped and restructured the architecture of the PLAYA3ULL web ecosystem. Split the existing DApp into two new platforms (3ULL Hub and Node Hub), and led product strategy, defining features, writing user stories, sprint planning, ticket writing, and end-to-end UX/UI design, all the way to dev hand-off.
3ULL Hub UX/UI
Designed a mobile-first, responsive platform that consolidated all player-facing features
Inventory, Marketplace, and Item Passes
Advanced filters and sorting for marketplace discovery
3ULL Coin onboarding flows (Buy, Bridge, HODL)
Integrated OTC tools, support system, and community hub
Node Hub UX/UI
Designed a dedicated space for node owners and buyers:
Node purchasing and management dashboard
HODL rewards tracking
Fractional Node Pools (create/join flows)
Multi-step onboarding and purchase experience
Profiles UX/UI
Designed player profiles to support more social, modular experiences
Structured account overview
Play & Earn progress tracking
Visual clarity and scalable layout across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Outcome
Completed a suite of fully-designed products to replace the previous monolithic DApp. The new architecture is set to improve clarity, performance, and usability across devices and user types. These platforms are now in development and will serve as the foundation for PLAYA3ULL’s online player, trader, and node owner ecosystem.
Learnings
This project sharpened my ability to scope complex systems and design across a wide spectrum of users—from casual players to advanced node operators. I gained hands-on experience structuring product architecture, leading dual-track design and product workflows, and delivering 0-to-1 solutions under tight timelines (all in under 3 months).
